The Digital Cake Calendar 2026

The Digital Cake Calendar is a feast for the eyes and imagination. No calories. No allergies. No cleaning up kitchen messes. These 12 cakes were created to celebrate events that may be little-known (Julius Caesar’s birthday or Australia Day) or very popular (Washington’s birthday, for example.) The cakes are more than eye-candy: each image has a caption telling a bit more about the cake.

There is more — you will have plenty of space each day for you to jot notes to yourself about appointments and upcoming events. You get a year’s worth of fun cakes with no calories!

I have to thank Adobe’s Firefly and Canva for their contribution to this calendar. Both companies publicly disclose that they compensate the artists whose works they use. I would not have worked with these companies if they didn’t.

And one more thing…

I published this calendar on Lulu and listed it in their Bookstore where I found out this morning that it has been classified as “explicit content”. For heaven’s sake, it’s just cakes!! No naked ladies or lusty men anywhere. What are they thinking?! Anyway…

From left to right these cakes are:
Top row: Australia Day, George Washington’s birthday, St, Patrick’s Day, Earth Day
Middle row: Kentucky Derby, Flag Day, Julius Caesar’s birthday, Columbus Sailing from Spain
Bottom Row: Los Angeles’s 245 anniversary from founding, Albuquerque Balloon Festival, King Tut’s tomb discovery, Joseph Conrad’s Birthday
