Long Beach Lofts Make Old Buildings New Again

Old hotels, old department stores, old fraternal lodge buildings were utterly empty and unused.  But that has changed dramatically.  Now downtown Long Beach has building after building filled with lofts and all of them are in walking distance of the Blue Line Metro terminal and the 7 mile long beach.
