The Sovereign, once a hotel, was built with a penthouse solarium that is now a community room for residents of this stately condominium tower.  There are some studio units in this building that are surprisingly affordable.  Some units have been updated to give them a very contemporary look.  This building is at 360 Ocean Blvd. right in the heart of downtown Long Beach -- close to everything!
