The Lofts
on 4th are new construction, rather than a rehab of an
old building. They are now, however, only available by
resale.
From the unassuming entry on 4th owners take stairs or
an elevator to the second or third levels. |
Many of the loft units face toward interior courtyards and
many have two interior levels.

Some
of the loft units look toward the streets in the
East Village Arts District near downtown Long Beach
and others to the interior courtyard.
A common area with great views and BBQ facilities is
on the roof of the building. |
