The Kress Building was one of
the very first loft conversions in Long Beach.
Originally built in 1923, the building was home to the
Kress Dime Store which closed in 1981. After sitting
vacant for eleven years, in 1992 the building was
restored, then converted into lofts.
The building has been designated as a Historic Landmark
by the city of Long Beach.

Each loft in the Kress
Building is unique. Sizes range from 900 to 2100 sq.
ft. On the roof is a common area with spectacular
views of the city. The ocean is just a few blocks
away. |
