Cooper_Arms_building_on_Ocean.JPG (111376 bytes) The historic Cooper Arms building at 455 Ocean Boulevard in the East Village Arts District was among the first buildings to be revitalized in downtown Long Beach.  Built in the 1920s, it was converted into condominiums during the 1980s.  It now has commercial spaces on the ground floor and condo living spaces above.  The individual units have either ocean views or city lights views.

The lobby entry to Cooper Arms retains its
historic atmosphere.
