The historic Cooper Arms
building at 455 Ocean Boulevard in the East Village Arts
District was among the first buildings to be revitalized
in downtown Long Beach. |
Built in the 1920s, it was
converted into condominiums during the late 1980s. It now has
commercial spaces on the ground floor and condo living
spaces above. The individual units have either ocean
and harbor views or city lights views and are surprisingly
affordable.

The lobby entry to Cooper
Arms retains its
historic atmosphere. |
